Water quality analysis, product analysis, analysis of organic fluorine compounds (PFOS, PFOA)

Leave the analysis of well water, purified water, river water, groundwater, and products for PFOS and PFOA to Naito Environmental Management!

PFOS and PFOA, which are subject to regulations both domestically and internationally, have also been detected in domestic drinking water, groundwater, and river water. Therefore, in 2020, they were established as items for setting water quality management targets under the Water Supply Act and as environmental standards related to the protection of human health from water pollution (items to be monitored). Our company is equipped to handle both testing methods and product analysis.

[Analysis] PFOS/PFOA

We are conducting analysis of the artificial organic fluorinated compounds "PFOS" and "PFOA."

"PFOS (Perfluorooctane sulfonic acid)" and "PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic acid)" and their related substances are artificial organic fluorinated compounds containing fluorine. They are widely used in various applications such as water repellents, paints, anti-fouling agents, greases, and oil surface treatment agents in industrial products and household goods. They are pointed out as highly toxic chemicals that can contaminate the blood of humans and animals and have extremely high persistence, leading to a growing number of countries around the world implementing bans on their use. If you would like to check the extent to which they are contained in your products, please feel free to contact us. We will analyze them at the third-party testing organization "SGS Lab," which is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited. [Features] ■ Check the extent to which they are contained in your products ■ Analysis at the third-party testing organization "SGS Lab," which is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Analysis of organic fluorine compounds (PFOS, PFOA)

Conducting analysis of two substances, PFOS and PFOA, for which provisional target values have been established, such as tap water and well water!

We would like to introduce the analysis of "organic fluorine compounds (PFOS and PFOA)" conducted at our center. "PFOS" and "PFOA" are organic compounds that contain carbon-fluorine bonds and are types of "PFAS" (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances). The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has designated PFOS and PFOA as water quality management target items starting from April 1, 2020, setting a provisional target value of 50 ng/L or less (for the total of PFOS and PFOA). At our center, we conduct analysis of the two substances, PFOS and PFOA, for which provisional target values have been established, in drinking water and well water. [Other Water Quality Tests (Partial)] ■ Water quality testing for drinking water and well water ■ Cryptosporidium testing ■ Water quality testing for pool water ■ Water quality testing for dialysis water ■ Analysis of hot spring components *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
